What’s Been On Your Mind? was created with a simple but powerful idea—give people a space to share what truly matters to them.
Host, John Welsh is a Jesus-loving Christian, a devoted husband to his wife Kathy, and a proud father of eight children. With a rich and varied life journey, John has worked in many different roles over the years — from lifeguard, fast food worker, and gas station attendant to being an artist, furniture salesman, bus driver, general manager, district manager, and franchise owner. He has also served as a Sunday school teacher and held numerous other positions along the way.
For more than thirty years, John was the founder and owner of a successful video production business that soon expanded into photography. Through his company, he had the privilege of preserving over a thousand weddings and creating projects and lasting memories for countless corporate clients, schools, churches, and studios.
John’s diverse experiences have given him a deep well of curiosity about people and life. He genuinely enjoys connecting with others from all walks of life, and that natural ability to relate and listen has led him to create this podcast. Here, he introduces his viewers and listeners to better get to know the real person and hear, What’s Been On their Mind?
